It is only possible to travel with a valid ticket, which must be exchanged for a bracelet when boarding the bus for the first time. It is mandatory to keep your armband throughout the day to get on and off the buses. If you lose it or take it off, you won't be able to get back on it. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ticket has been delivered to him during the purchase; otherwise, complain to staff at that time.
